提起十年前京城首家经营地道上海菜的高档餐厅之一，饕友餮客会立刻想起坐落在朝阳区东三环亮马河大厦内的绿波廊餐厅。上海的绿波廊餐厅享有百年盛誉，曾先后接待美国总统克林顿、英国女王伊丽莎白、日本首相竹下登、阿根廷总统梅内姆、古巴主席卡斯特罗等四十余批外国元首级贵宾而驰名中外。挥师北上之后，在保留如水晶虾仁、响油鳝糊、大煮干丝、油爆河虾等经典上海菜“原汁原味”的基础上，突破传统烹调方法将各地乃至中西美食融会贯通，逐步演变出绿波廊餐厅镇店秘爨：创意上海菜。

历经十年，绿波廊经过重新装修，就餐环境焕然一新。除当年请画家在墙壁上画的油画保留之外，整体的装饰风格上更具人性化，色彩更明快，感觉更现代。高背的沙发座椅、柔软的靠垫、镂空通顶的实木隔断，更加注重了客人就餐时的舒适感和私密性。餐厅11间豪华厅房各有千秋，奢华而不浮夸，厅房墙上裱的是专门从南京订购来的国宝云锦。走廊边道和大堂摆设的百年精美石雕以及做工精细的阴阳木雕盘龙屏风都是从江南乡下淘来的古物。厅内装饰墙面由主人错落有致地摆设着写满了典故的精致木雕、石雕，每一个都值得您细细玩味。

开设在东三环南路京瑞大厦的绿波廊餐厅，餐厅面积近1000平方米。设计新颖、典雅，将欧式建筑风格和中式风格巧妙地融合在一起，别具特色。餐厅可同时容纳200人进餐，五副大型油画逼真地再现了老上海外滩的风采。七间贵宾厅房，大小不一、各具特色。厅房内的油画，选自三十年代的风景人物：亭台楼榭、绿叶红花、淑女回眸、徐徐如生。

The wing chairs, soft cushions and carved roof partitions make the guests be more comfortable and private for having dinner. There are different styles for eleven luxurious boxes of the restaurant but without exaggeration. The brocades which are national treasure and purchased from Nanjing especially are mounted on the wall of the boxes. The delicate stone carving with hundred years old and Yin-yang woodcarving folding screen with intertwined dragons put on side of corridor and lobby are antiques of the boxes, the delicate woodcarvings and stone carvings written with literary quotations are well arranged by the owner and each is worthy for you to ruminate.

The area of Lv Bo Lang restaurant located in Jingrui Hotel in South Road of Dongsunhuan Road is nearly one thousand square meters. It is combined with European style and Chinese style together skillfully with novel and elegant design .The restaurants can accommodate 200 people to have dinner together at the same time.
